Since we’re very close to launch now, we thought we would provide you with news on the membership options available. At this stage there are two options, Basic and Premium, with a 3rd, PRO membership (for those of you who are established in the industry) to come early in 2010.
1. BASIC Membership – FREE
2. PREMIUM Membership – £10 (about $15) per quarter (or about $5 per month)
3. PRO Membership – coming in 2010!
If you are keen on PRO membership you will be able to upgrade as soon as it becomes available.

BASIC Membership
Choose this option if you are a film fan and don’t make movies.
- Follow your favourite filmmakers
- Go behind-the-scenes on projects as they happen
- Get in touch with other film fans and friends, much like twitter or Facebook
- Be updated directly from the filmmaker – regularly in your newsfeed
- Watch Movies
- Comment and Review Films and Projects which are in development and yet to be released
- Become fans not only of projects that are in development but also of completed productions as well as actors, writers, filmmakers.
PREMIUM Membership
Perfect for film talent who have just started out, making movies already or want to check out the site to see what we have to offer. Premium Membership is the same as Basic Membership but with the following options:
- Network – with other film makers, writers, actors, composers
- View, Post and Apply for film jobs
- Upload Filmography and acting CV, biography
- Detailed Professions – list yourself with you primary profession Yes, No, Maybe short listing system for screening crew and cast applications
- Create Projects – get your film projects out to the masses, build a fan base and promote your film from day 1 of script by providing information on your project through: video diaries, location scouting, new crew updates,
- Update Fans – keep fans in touch with the latest developments on your production, release schedule, production diary, location scouting and much more…
- Upload Showreels -
- Upload Short Films, Commercials, Music Videos, Video Blogs, Trailers
- Add the cast and crew of your project or film and link automatically to their profile, as well as updating their filmography
PRO Membership
Every PRO account will be credit checked and, in the case of household names, validated. This means that you know your fellow PRO members work professionally within the industry and can rely on the information given.
The main advantages of being a PRO member are:
- Network – with other accredited film industry professionals worldwide
- Post Jobs – specifically for PRO crew and cast or to both PRO and Premium.
- Apply for Jobs – for casting calls and professional production positions by reputable companies and industry professionals (e.g. Casting Directors) who, where possible, have been validated by us to check their credentials
- Talent Shortlisting – shortlist and add talent to your favourites
- Recommendation Engine – recommend people you have worked with
- Find the latest ‘in development’ productions
- Filmography credit checking – where possible we will check and confirm all updates to filmographies
- Privacy protection – allows fans to comment, review, and interact with you, as well as being able to message all fans and update them through your status and mail – but with the benefit of preventing them directly messaging you, viewing agent /management details
- Unlimited number of Projects can be uploaded
- Contact up-and-coming Premium Members – if you feel they have talent and you can provide them with an opportunity
